1st Course
Ripped Burrata Toast - garlic-rubbed grilled bread, local tomatoes, basil, pine nuts
Selam Spiced Porter - Ethiopian-inspired porter brewed with alfalfa honey, cardamom seed, and ground Gesho
2nd Course
Blooming Salad - Maidstone arugula, peach, watermelon radish, & cukes in a basil vinaigrette
Verdant Skies - Hazy IPA brewed and double dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin, and Motueka Hop Kief for tropical and white wine notes
3rd Course
Roasted Rockfish & Citrus Salad - local rockfish cooked over potatoes, orange and green olive salad, black garlic aioli
Movin' Cosmos - West-Coast style session IPA brewed & dry hopped with Idaho 7 Cryo & Cascade
4th Course
The Coastery's Whipped Cheesecake with fresh fruit
Blood Orange Habanero Gose - a sour ale brewed with pink sea salt and conditioned on blood orange puree and habaneros
