Terms & Policies

Cancelations & Refunds

Bookings canceled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Bookings canceled by the booking party less than 48 hours prior to the cruise will receive a refund less a $150 deposit.

Alcoholic Drinks Onboard

All alcoholic drinks must be purchased through Forward Brewing. Drinks will be delivered to the boat by the Captain, Crewmember, or the Guest. There will be no alcoholic drinks available for purchase onboard.

Tobacco and Cannabis Policy

We adhere to a strict no tobacco policy. Despite THC products becoming legal in many of the surrounding areas on land, the waterway is federally regulated by the Coast Guard, so we cannot allow any THC products.

Inclement Weather Policy

As there is not a solid canopy over the boat, we cannot operate rain or shine. The Booking Party will be notified of any weather-related cancelation with as much time as possible ahead of the charter. Charters canceled or cut short by more than 45 minutes due to weather will not be refunded, but a raincheck will be given for another date. We will cancel any charter in which the safety of the guests is in question. Guests may also sit on the boat in its berth for the duration of the charter in lieu of getting underway if the sea state is not to their liking.

Drinking Age & Age Restrictions

Only guests 21 and over will be permitted to drink alcohol. There is no age restriction onboard. In accordance with U.S. Coast Guard Regulations, even a child sitting in your lap counts as a person; we may only have 6 guests (including children) onboard during a charter. When you schedule your charter, please include the number of children and their ages so that we may have suitable life vests for them. All children onboard must remain under the care of their guardian.

Open Flame Policy

Sea Sickness

There is zero tolerance for any open flames onboard.

Please alert your Captain if any guests begin to experience symptoms of sea sickness. Customers may also add any apprehensions in the booking so that the Captain can try to find the calmest water possible.

Intoxication

If a passenger ever becomes dangerous to themselves or others, the Captain will stop the charter and that passenger will disembark at the nearest pier. No refunds will be given.

Pet Policy

All animals brought onboard must be of the service capacity and declared at booking.

Captain's Discretion

Captains will always have final say in the direction of the charter. Guests may request certain routes or viewpoints, but the Captain will know the capabilities of the vessel and how to keep the guests safe.

Unforeseen Events

In the event of an unforeseen circumstance (mechanical failure of the vessel, medical emergency amongst the crew, or any other extenuating circumstance that forces a cancellation of the cruise), you will be given the option to rebook or receive a full refund.
